Acceptance and eligibility

These terms apply to Undefeated Draft Picks, operated by Draft Picks LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Privacy page explains our information practices.

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law. Minors must obtain parent or guardian permission where required. This age policy applies to Undefeated, not Fantasy Draft Picks.

Entertainment, not gambling

Undefeated is an entertainment simulation game. Results, ratings and simulations are entertainment estimates, not real-world predictions, betting odds or professional advice. There is no real-money wagering, no entry fee tied to a monetary payout, and no cash or cash-equivalent prize. Any virtual currency or unlockable content has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

Accounts and community

Protect your account credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate others, exploit the service, manipulate leaderboards or violate our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users, investigate violations or meet legal obligations.

You retain your rights in content you submit and give Draft Picks LLC permission to host, process and display it as needed for the features and sharing choices you use. Submit only content you have permission to use. Community content may be visible to others where enabled.

Reports and appeals

Use available reporting and blocking controls for unsafe content or users. Some moderation requires manual review, and response times vary. Contact undefeated@draftspicks.com to ask about an enforcement decision or appeal it.

Beta and pricing

The current beta has no active paid subscription or rewarded-ad offer. Features may change, contain errors or be unavailable. Any future purchase offer will disclose applicable prices and terms before purchase. Third-party services, including TestFlight, have their own terms.

Ownership and independence

The app, its design and its content, apart from user submissions and third-party materials, belong to Draft Picks LLC or its licensors. Undefeated is an independent entertainment product, not affiliated with or endorsed by professional sports leagues, teams or players associations.

Availability and legal rights

The beta is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy or particular results. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Leaving and updates

You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. Uninstalling does not delete your account. We may restrict access for violations or discontinue beta features, subject to applicable law. Revised terms will appear here with an updated effective date and additional notice when required.
