About Undefeated

Undefeated Draft Picks is an entertainment simulation game operated by Draft Picks LLC. You draft rosters, simulate outcomes and optionally share results. There is no gambling, wagering, cash prize or real-money payout.

Information we handle

Account information includes your account identifier, email address and profile fields you choose to provide, such as username, display name and bio. Authentication services process your credentials to secure your account. This beta requires a personal signed-in account.

Gameplay information includes draft sessions, picks, saved rosters, simulation results, Daily Challenge attempts and leaderboard entries. Optional Community information includes published results, reactions, follows and public profile fields.

We process reports, support messages and information needed to investigate abuse. Reports are not publicly displayed. If notifications are enabled, we process push tokens and notification preferences.

Technical and security records help operate the service. Where crash diagnostics are enabled, they may include app version, device and operating-system information, error details and stack traces. Our website host processes connection information to serve these pages.

Uses and service providers

We use information to operate gameplay, save progress, display leaderboards and content you share, deliver enabled notifications, provide support, enforce community rules and protect accounts.

Supabase provides account and backend services. Expo and platform push services support enabled notifications; configured crash diagnostics use Sentry. Apple handles TestFlight information under its own practices. Providers process information needed for their services and may operate in the United States or other countries with different privacy laws.

We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or respond to valid legal requests. The current beta does not collect payment information for purchases or sell personal information.

Sharing and controls

Public results and public profile fields may be visible to other users. Share only information you want others to see; recipients may copy content. Use Profile > Settings > Edit Profile to change available profile fields. Privacy Settings and Blocked Users provide controls where enabled in your build. Notification permissions can be managed in device settings.

Email undefeated@draftspicks.com to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify ownership before acting. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

Deletion and retention

Use our Account deletion page for in-app and email instructions. Account deletion removes or anonymizes account-associated information. Published results are anonymized and made private; achievement records are revoked and made non-public.

We retain information only as long as needed for the service, security, abuse prevention, legal obligations and disputes. Limited moderation or deletion records may remain where necessary. Backups and provider records can persist until their retention cycles end; deletion does not immediately erase every copy. No fixed retention duration is promised here.

Age eligibility: 13+

Undefeated is for users aged 13 and older, subject to any higher minimum age required by applicable law. It is not intended for children under 13. If you are a minor, involve a parent or guardian and obtain their permission where required. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Security and changes

We use authentication and access controls to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Updates to this policy will appear with a revised effective date, with additional notice or consent where required by law.
