Delete your account

Delete inside Undefeated

1. Sign in and open Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account.

2. Read the explanation, tap Continue and type DELETE exactly when prompted.

3. Submit and wait for the ACCOUNT DELETED confirmation. Keep the app open during processing. An internet connection and successful server processing are required.

If deletion fails, contact undefeated@draftspicks.com with your app version and error details. Never send credentials. Deletion is permanent. Uninstalling the app or leaving TestFlight does not delete your account.

Request deletion without app access

Email undefeated@draftspicks.com with the subject Account Deletion Request. Send it from the email associated with your Undefeated account when possible and include your username. If you no longer control that email, explain this so we can arrange an ownership check.

We verify ownership before acting and may request information already associated with your account. Never send passwords, reset links or access tokens. We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days and process verified external deletion requests within 7 business days, with email confirmation. These targets do not limit applicable legal rights or deadlines.

What is removed or anonymized

Deletion removes account access and removes or anonymizes profile identity, saved rosters, draft history, Daily Challenge attempts, leaderboard entries, reactions, follows and activity records. Existing public results are anonymized, made private and removed from the public feed. Achievement records are revoked and made non-public.

What may remain

Limited internal records, including moderation or deletion records, may remain where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations or disputes. Some reports can be removed with related content; we do not promise that all moderation records are retained. Backups and provider records may remain until their retention cycles end. Copies already obtained by others are outside our control.

Separate apps, separate accounts

This request applies to Undefeated Draft Picks only. It does not delete Fantasy Draft Picks, Apple or other provider accounts. For Fantasy Draft Picks deletion, use its separate Account deletion page on this website.
