Email undefeated@draftspicks.com for Undefeated Draft Picks help. We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days. You can also use Profile > Settings > Support or Report a Problem.

Include the app version or TestFlight build, device platform, a description and reproduction steps. Remove sensitive information from screenshots. Never send passwords, reset links, verification codes or access tokens.

Install and update

Use the Undefeated beta invitation below on your iPhone after installing Apple TestFlight. Check the Undefeated listing in TestFlight for new builds. If a build has expired or an invitation is unavailable, contact support.

Account and privacy help

For sign-in problems, use available account-recovery options and contact us from the account email where possible. We may verify ownership before changing an account. Our Privacy and Account deletion pages explain your options, including deletion without app access.

Report content or appeal

Use Report on available content or profile controls, or email details that identify the issue without unnecessary private information. Use available Block controls to limit unwanted interactions. Email support to appeal a moderation decision. We cannot guarantee a particular outcome or immediate review.
