Email support@draftspicks.com for Fantasy Draft Picks account, installation, gameplay or privacy help. We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days.

Include your app version or TestFlight build, device model, what happened and steps to reproduce the issue. Remove private information from screenshots. Never send passwords, verification codes or payment information.

Install or update

Install Apple TestFlight on your iPhone, then use the Fantasy beta invitation linked below. For updates, check the Fantasy Draft Picks listing in TestFlight. Contact support if the invitation is unavailable, full or the build has expired.

Account access

Use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen. If you still cannot access your account, email us from the account address when possible. We may verify ownership before changing account information.

Privacy and account deletion

Use the Privacy and Account deletion links on this page for instructions, or contact support. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Report a problem

Use available in-app reporting tools or email support with enough detail to locate unsafe content or another issue. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or others. Beta bugs can also be reported through TestFlight.

Undefeated Draft Picks is a separate app. For help with it, email undefeated@draftspicks.com.
