Using Fantasy Draft Picks

These terms apply to Fantasy Draft Picks, provided by Draft Picks LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy page explains how we handle information.

Eligibility and external services

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fantasy Draft Picks, and meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law for your use of its features.

The current beta does not accept wagers, deposits, or withdrawals. Any use of external fantasy-sports or sportsbook services is subject to that provider's eligibility rules and applicable laws where you are physically located. Access to Fantasy Draft Picks does not establish eligibility to use those services.

Beta features and estimates

Fantasy Draft Picks provides fantasy-sports, draft-practice, analysis and simulation experiences. Beta features may change, contain errors or be interrupted. Licensed live season scoring is not active. Card IQ and simulation results are estimates, not guarantees or financial advice. Entering an external slip for analysis does not submit a wager or transaction to an external provider.

Your account and conduct

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Report suspected unauthorized access to support.

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorized access, expose another person's private information, or submit unlawful or infringing content. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users, investigate violations or meet legal obligations.

Your content

You retain your rights in submitted content. You give Draft Picks LLC permission to host, process and display it as needed to provide the features you use and carry out your sharing choices. Submit only content you have permission to use. Recipients may see or copy shared content.

Pricing and third parties

The beta is free. Advertising and paid subscriptions are planned but not active. Future paid offers will disclose prices and applicable purchase, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase. External services, including Apple TestFlight, have their own terms; links do not guarantee availability or suitability.

Availability and your rights

The beta is offered as available and may not be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee accuracy, results or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Leaving and changes

You can stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete an account. We may suspend or discontinue beta features or restrict access for violations, subject to applicable law.

Revised terms will be posted with an updated effective date and additional notice when required. Contact support with questions or concerns. These terms do not remove mandatory rights under applicable law.
