Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to Fantasy Draft Picks.

2. Open Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account.

3. Read the confirmation, complete any requested recent sign-in and type DELETE when prompted.

4. Submit and wait for the completion message. If an error appears, contact support and include the request identifier if shown.

Deletion is permanent. Export information you want to keep using Profile > Privacy and Data before starting. Uninstalling the app or leaving TestFlight does not delete your account.

Request deletion without app access

Email support@draftspicks.com with the subject: Fantasy Draft Picks account deletion. Send it from your account email when possible and include your username. If you no longer control that email, explain this so we can arrange an ownership check. Never send passwords or verification codes.

We verify ownership to prevent unauthorized deletion. We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days and process verified external deletion requests within 7 business days. These are service targets, not restrictions on applicable legal rights or deadlines. We will let you know if more information or time is needed.

What happens to your information

Deletion removes your authentication account and account-associated data covered by the deletion process, and removes files in your account's profile-media, club-photo and export storage locations. Some account conditions may need to be resolved first; follow in-app instructions or contact support.

Limited records may remain when necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, disputes or documenting your request. Backups and provider records may persist until their normal retention cycles end. Content already copied or received by others cannot be removed from their possession. See Privacy for retention information.

Which account does this cover?

These instructions apply only to Fantasy Draft Picks. They do not delete an Undefeated Draft Picks, Apple or external fantasy-sports or sportsbook account. For Undefeated account assistance, email undefeated@draftspicks.com.
